At BuyWyd, every product we ship is curated, lab-tested, and handled with care. Because of the nature of hemp-derived concentrate products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. However, we stand behind the quality of what we sell — and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering errors made by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
This policy exists because of the perishable and consumable nature of our products, and to maintain the integrity and safety of every order we fulfill.
Refunds & Replacements — Case-by-Case Basis
While we don’t accept returns, we do take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, store credit, or a replacement — at our sole discretion.
Situations we consider include:
- Damaged in transit — Product arrived visibly damaged due to shipping handling
- Incorrect item received — You received a different product than what you ordered
- Significant quality issue — Product does not meet the quality standard reflected in our lab results or product description
- Missing items — Your order arrived incomplete
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Dislike of flavor, texture, or effect — our products affect everyone differently based on tolerance and personal preference
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
- Products seized, delayed, or lost due to circumstances outside our control (see Force Majeure)
- Partially used products
How to Submit a Claim
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Claims submitted after 72 hours of confirmed delivery may not be honored. Submit all claims to: [email protected]
Resolution Options
Once we review your claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Full refund — Returned to your original payment method
- Partial refund — Based on the nature and extent of the issue
- Replacement — We reship the affected item(s) at no cost to you
- Store credit — Applied to a future order
We aim to respond to all claims within 2–3 business days. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the nature of the claim.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting BuyWyd may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any future refund or replacement eligibility.
Risk of Loss
All orders are fulfilled under a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. While we will work with you in good faith on shipping-related issues, we are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after carrier pickup. If your package shows as delivered but was not received, please contact your local carrier and file a claim directly with them.
