At BuyWyd, we work hard to get your order packed quickly, shipped discreetly, and delivered safely. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing & Handling Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, launches, or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- USPS Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping thresholds will be displayed automatically during checkout when applicable.
Order Cutoff Times
Orders placed before 4PM PST may be processed the same day when possible, but same-day processing is not guaranteed.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging.
There will be no product-related terms or branding that identify the contents on the outside of the package.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Returned / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package
- Carrier unable to access delivery location
We can offer one of the following options:
- Reship the order (customer may be responsible for reshipping costs)
- Refund the order minus shipping and handling fees (where applicable)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss at the delivery location.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your delivery area and with neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Email our support team and we’ll do our best to help
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather disruptions
- Carrier delays or routing issues
- Service interruptions
- High-volume holiday seasons
If your package has not moved for an extended period, contact us and we can help you troubleshoot next steps.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly.
For that reason, we may not be able to change or cancel an order after it has been submitted.

International Shipping
At this time, BuyWyd ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
