All Sales Are Final

 

 

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

 

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Dissatisfaction with aroma, taste, effects, or potency

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or refused packages

  • Claims that a product is “not as expected”

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Any other subjective or preference-based reason

 

 

By placing an order, you agree that you are purchasing a regulated adult product and acknowledge that returns and exchanges are not permitted.

 

 

 

Replacement / Refunds (Customer Service Discretion Only)

 

 

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we may offer a replacement shipment or partial to full refund in limited situations solely at the discretion of our Customer Service team.

 

Any accommodation is not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case. Factors we may consider include:

 

  • Proof of damage during shipping

  • Incorrect item(s) received

  • Missing item(s) from the package

  • Other fulfillment-related issues

 

 

Important: Approvals are not automatic, and our decision is final.

 

 

 

Reporting an Issue

 

 

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

To request customer service review, email us with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label (required for review)

 

 

If your claim is approved, we may provide:

 

  • A replacement shipment (in whole or in part)

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

 

 

 

 

Shipping Problems & Incorrect Address

 

 

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and deliverable shipping address.

 

If a package is returned to us due to:

 

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal of delivery

  • inability to deliver

 

 

we do not guarantee reshipment or refund. If an accommodation is offered, it will be made only at customer service discretion and may be subject to additional reshipping fees.

 

 

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

 

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it.

 

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in:

 

  • denial of future purchases

  • account restrictions

  • evidence being provided to the payment processor, including delivery confirmation and correspondence history
